  My position at Twinkl involved creating illustrations for childrens educational resources. The artwork is aimed at primary school children and aims to be informative, inclusive and inspiring for students. The highlight of this job for me was getting to design the backgrounds for an update to the companies spelling app. The theme allowed me to stray slightly from Twinkl’s usual style and get creative with my own ideas, while still keeping it child friendly and appropriate for app usage.

• Animator at Design for Life

  June 2018 - July 2019

  During my time at this post-production studio I mainly worked as an animator, however I also assisted with videography and set design for music videos and corporate advertisements. Some of my key achievements while working here include animating and designing a short film which has been screened at a number of film festivals. I also designed and animated a series of short, educational animations for Webwise, the Irish Internet Safety Awareness Centre. These videos were released on RTÉ and used throughout schools in Ireland to promote safe internet usage.
