Jeweller

Here's a grumpy little jeweller that'll light you up with his blow torch if you cross him! I was inspired after watching Arcane to design a jeweller that could potentially live in a Zaun-esque city, dabbling in shady dealings, buying stolen precious gems to make his creations. I'm going to design his shop soon, I want to go for a tacky, gritty art nouveau vibe.
